KL Tower

The other place you may want to check out if you're into city skylines, is the KL Tower. Functioning as a telecommunications tower, the KL Tower has an observation deck for visitors to enjoy the ever dynamic skyline of KL. There are package incentives for families and other group visits eg schools, embassies, technical tours. The tower sits on pineapple hill or Bukit Nanas which also harbours a little known forest reserve called the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve. This is a pleasant little plot of green, perhaps the only plot of nature left in the heart of the city, that is worth a little visit. The walkway takes you all the way down from the Tower grounds to the Bukit Nanas nature education centre at the bottom of the hill. The education centre gives a rough overview of the forest ecosystem and distribution throughout Malaysia.

Take note that the forest walk is very quiet and it is advised that you may want to go there with someone else. Try not to venture into the area on your own.
